How contact forms, Digital SAP Consultant applications, Brevo records and marketing emails are handled.
Your application and contact information

The form collects your name, email, company, message and language. Digital SAP Consultant applications require a work email; additional comments are optional. Application time, source site/campaign and account-processing status are also recorded. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary personal or client information.
We use this information to handle your request, open your account manually, send an invitation and support access. Application and account messages support the establishment and delivery of the service you requested. Legally required records are processed for the applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Contact and company records are managed in Brevo, which also sends notification emails. Cloudflare hosts the form and provides security verification.
Providers may process data outside Türkiye. Applicable transfer arrangements and processor agreements are assessed during service setup. Processing of conversations within the product is described separately in the product privacy policy.
Marketing permission with your application
By submitting your Digital SAP Consultant application, you agree to receive marketing emails about NeKu AI product news, promotions and events. You can unsubscribe at any time. There is no separate checkbox: submitting the application accepts the notice displayed beside the submit button. For new applications, this acceptance is recorded in Brevo with its time, source website, language and notice version. General contact requests are outside this arrangement. Consent records from earlier applications and existing unsubscribe or blocking preferences are preserved; applying again does not reactivate a subscription.
You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing messages or contact us at any time. Withdrawing marketing permission does not automatically stop essential access messages; delivery blocks are respected separately.
Retention and your rights
Application and account records are kept as needed for service delivery, support and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention and deletion policy. The campaign ending does not by itself delete every record. Marketing permission and product access are managed separately.
Contact [email protected] for information, correction, deletion or other rights under applicable personal data law, including KVKK. We may request information needed to verify your identity.
Analytics tags load only after your separate analytics choice. Email, company name, form messages and conversation content are not sent in analytics events.
